The disruption to education from the Covid-19 pandemic has once again highlighted the needs of our most disadvantaged learners.
Because we expect increased demand for our subsidy schemes, we are taking the opportunity to revamp them, so have closed the Kids Fund, Bursary Fund and Young Environmentalist’s Fund.
Instead, FSC will offer new, simpler financial support scheme to support learners to access to high quality outdoor learning. We’ll launch the scheme as soon as possible in 2021, especially once there’s more clarity on when schools will be able to return to FSC Centres.
We will keep this under constant review and as soon as we are able, we will open up the new FSC Bursaries scheme.
We will continue to honour existing offers from past schemes.
