Communication is always important but more so in a time of upheaval and change. There has been a big increase in ‘all staff’ communications in recent months. To try to ensure that internal comms is as effective as possible, SLT has signed up to an internal comms protocol which aims to address some of the issues that have been raised in the past and have also been raised in the recent Staff Survey.
