FSC’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group

On Tuesday 30th March, Daniel House gave an all staff talk on the work that the EDI group has been doing so far and what they plan to achieve in the future.

In the talk Dan referred to a few links that you might like to look back on:

• FSC’s gender pay gap webpage. This will be updated in due course with the 2020 figures.
• IOL’s INclusivity in the OUTdoors webinars. Feel free to listen to these webinars. Many FSC staff have already done so and found them really interesting and useful.
• The Gender Bias Decoder. This is a tool you can use to check gender bias text in job adverts.
