GA and FSC Book Wins at Geography Teachers Awards

The FSC is delighted to announce that Fieldwork at A level: Your guide to the independent investigation was the overall winner in the book category in the Scottish Association of Geography Teachers annual awards. This was presented at their annual conference at the end of October.

Written in partnership with the GA, this reference resource for A level students is intended to support them through their independent investigation. It is structured around the enquiry cycle and includes a range of qualitative and quantitative skills that students need to use in their investigation. It will help students to develop an understanding of fieldwork, IT and GIS skills and how to use them effectively in their investigation.
