New FSC Website

As you may know the marketing team have been working on redeveloping the FSC website and we are pleased to say that the new website will be going live on Monday evening / Tuesday*.

What’s new?

• The e-commerce functionality has changed so that we now have automatic entry of data into Cinolla and a single basket for both publication and courses sales. It will still be based on the website holding customer payment information, centre staff approving payment and then either head office or publications staff processing payment.
• School courses are now listed on one page and customers are required to use the filtering system on the left hand-side to find the course they are interested in. There are no school courses listed under centre pages, a change which was made to the current wesbite earlier in the year.

Please don’t expect this to be a completely finished version of the redeveloped website, either now or what you see on Tuesday 15th October. As is best practice with website development, we will be continually reviewing the site, using data to drive improvements.

If you have any changes that you would like to make to your I&F courses or if you spot any broken links or spelling mistakes, please submit a ticket as you normally would for a digital problem by emailing [email protected] and use ‘New Website’ as the email subject. You can do this after the website has gone live too.

*The change-over from the old website to the new website will be visible to some people sooner than others. This is depending on which browser is used and your internet provider.
