The team at Castle Head went out for an end-of season afternoon tea to celebrate everyone’s hard work and to say thank you. They had a lovely afternoon where everyone got jazzed up on sugary buns and there was lots of laughing and bonding.

The team at Rhyd-y-Creuau used the Staff Reward scheme for a picnic from a local bakery with Nosecco – a wise choice because the picnic was followed by what was described as “an epic game of rounders on the village green”.
